Prescription refills require 48 hour notice. You can reach our automated refill line by calling our main number at 323-6273 and going to extension 2. If you need to leave a detailed message about a prescription refill, call our nurse line at extension 14.
Prescription refills can be done for you faster than 48 hours, but there is a charge of $10 dollars for each prescription. Prescription refills that require the immediate attention of our medical staff and providers can disrupt the clinic and take time away from our scheduled patients. However, we do offer the immediate prescription refill option.
Because of the nature of the medications that we may or do prescribe, every patient is required to sign a Narcotic Contract. Please our forms section bellow. For ongoing medication management, you must see your provider on a regular basis.
If you need a prescription mailed to you because you cannot come and pick it up we will send it certified mail for a charge of $10. We can also overnight your prescription through Fedex at a cost of $30.
We now provide Inhouse prescription refills for select medications in our office. Please talk with our Pharmacy Technician or a member of our medical staff to see if that is an option for you.
