We will gladly bill your insurance for you after your visit. Please let us know immediately if you have a change in insurance or other personal information. |

Our clinic runs on time. We do this is a courtesy to our providers as well as our patients, so that you can plan your day accordingly. Please do not arrive late to your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, based on our clock, you will be rescheduled. |

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm. We are closed for lunch from 12 to 1 o’clock. |

We are not a “walk-in” clinic and do not schedule same-day appointments. |
| |

 |
We provide state of the art, efficient and quality care at the Idaho Pain Center. Our appointments typically last 15 minutes. Please let us know if you are having new issues or complications that may require additional time. |

We require 24 hour notice for cancelling appointments. Patients that cancel on the same day or do not show for their appointment will be charged $50 dollars. |

For serious medical emergencies please call "911" or go to the nearest Emergency Room for evaluation. |

The Idaho Pain Center provides on-call provider care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please contact the provider on-call at 904-3703, after business hours. |

Your privacy is of the utmost concern. We follow the Federal HIPAA guidelines and strive to keep all of your personal and medical information private. In order for a family member to have access to your personal health information you must sign a HIPAA waiver form. Please be courteous to those around you and be careful about where you are and what is said. |

We can offer interpretive services for those who speak Spanish. Several members of our staff are fluent in that language. If you require interpretive help in another language please let our Office Manager know so that arrangements can be made. |
